Biography
Ilke Adam is a Political Science Professor at the Institute for European Studies (IES) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (main affiliation). She coordinates the Migration, Diversity and Justice research cluster at IES, as well as the VUB interdisciplinary platform on Migration and Minorities (BIRMM) (with Prof. Florian Trauner). Ilke Adam holds a PhD in social and political science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2010), entitled ‘Beyond National Models? Immigrant Integration Policies of the Belgian Regions”. She also holds a Master after Master in Comparative Politics (Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Aix en Provence) and a Master in Law (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven).
